THE PROBLEM: THE PARTICIPATION PARADOX

- Community seminars targeting “multipliers”
- Social media and SMS engagement for youth
Phase 2: Scale Across Africa
- Broadcast in all 54 countries
- Activation of legal partners for support services
- Continued digital engagement and impact storytelling
